Kapikachhu's seeds are regarded as the best tonics for both: male and female. Often used with Amalaki, Ashwagandha, Shatavari, Bala, Vidari, Gokshura and other tonics for making pills, Kapikachhu is one of the more expensive Ayurvedic herbal tonics. Though, it is far less expensive than ginseng and many other herbal tonics.
