Moringa oleifera commonly known as Moringa, has its origin in the Himalayan regions and later it spreads to other parts of the world mainly to the Asian countries and other tropical climatic regions. Grenera Nutrients is a vertically integrated Moringa company that has its own moringa farms and we practice natural and organic farming methods to cultivate Moringa.
Nutritious and delicious moringa leaf recipe.
1-Moringa cuts- 3 tablespoons
2-Tumeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
3-Green chilly/dry chilly / chilly flakes-1 or 1/4 teaspoon (according to your taste)
4-Cumin seeds/ powder- 1/4 teaspoon
5-Curry leaves -Optional
6-Shredded coconut fresh or dessigated.-2 table spoons
7-Salt to taste
8-Mustard seeds. – 1/4 teaspoon
9-chioice of cooking oil- 2 table spoons
10- onion – big sliced
11-Pepper powder- 1/4 table spoon
12- eggs- 2-3 numbers
soak the moringa cuts in 3 cups of water and keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes . Drain
off the water and let the leaf absorb the rest of it. moringa cuts does not need to be rinsed more than once as it has been washed prior to being cut and dried. rinsing it too many times will remove its natural goodness and flavour.
add ingredients 1- 10 all together in a bowl and mix well. keep aside for 5 minutes.
heat the oil and splutter the mustard seeds add the mixture into the seasoned oil and mix stir the ingredients and leave to cook on simmer for several minutes. do not over cook it as it will cook fast and turn dry.
meanwhile scramble the eggs with pinch of salt and pepper and scramble it . add the scrambles eggs into the cooked moringa cuts and toss them till its combined.
This dish can be consumed anytime of the day however you wish
