2. Pippali (Piper longum)

3. Haridhra ( Curcuma longa)
( rhizome extract equiv. to dry) 6.5g
4. Shigru (Moringa oleifera)

Directions

Adults – Take 1-3 capsules each day with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
