Hingavstak is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation made of eight spices that are carefully blended to strengthen digestion and eliminate symptoms of indigestion such as flatulence, bloating, constipation etc. Hingu, also known as Asofoetida, is a pungent gum from the Ferula tree that plays the central role in this formulation.
